What makes me different?

What makes me stand out as a leader is my ability to build relationships that motivate others to learn and grow. More than once I have been told that I push people more than they’ve been pushed before to achieve greatness. I believe in building trusting relationships that allows me to be direct in a way that demonstrates I genuinely care about an individual’s success.

Additionally, something that makes me unique in the corporate setting is that I am fully my authentic self when I come to work. This means that I’m not afraid to show humor, have fun, while still holding high standards and expectations of the work and our results. I believe that my authenticity is what builds trust quickly and helps others give their best as they know that being their authentic self is valued.

What type of leader am I?

I believe that my mission as a leader is to “leave it better than you found it”. This applies to both culture and business results, as well as the leadership of myself and those around me. Seeking to constantly improve is the best way to not only grow your business, but the way in which we as leaders and individuals can find meaning and fulfillment in the work that we do. Seeking feedback, promoting open and honest dialogue is how we all encourage each other to be better, and by doing so, achieve greater outcomes.

I take great pride in having made a meaningful impact on both individuals and business outcomes throughout my career. With a proven track record in leadership development, I have consistently cultivated strong successors for nearly every role I’ve held. Additionally, I consider myself a problem-solver, often stepping in to revitalize teams and departments facing challenges in culture and performance. For example, I successfully led a team ranked 58th out of 64 to achieve the top position of #1 in the organization. My efforts have consistently driven improvements in cost recovery, revenue growth, and gross profit margins, delivering tangible results for every organization I’ve been a part of.
